SmartLedgerPoint offers subscription-based access to online bookkeeping and ledger management software. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout.
Refunds: You may request cancellation and a pro rata refund for unused days within 14 days of the subscription start. Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Subscriptions may be transferred to another user by contacting support within the refund period.
2. Informational Products
Informational products include downloadable guides, video tutorials, and webinar recordings. Access is granted immediately after purchase.
Refunds: Due to the instant delivery of digital content, all sales of informational products are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
3. Physical Goods
Physical goods, such as printed manuals or branded materials, are shipped from our facility.
Return and Refund: You may return unopened goods within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact our team. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method within 14 days of receipt.
